Job Profile

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and potential clients.
2. Sales & Business Development:
Present the company’s products/services to prospective clients and explain how they can address their needs.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with potential clients.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to tailor strategies and materials for pitches and presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure clients are satisfied with products and services and assist in addressing any issues or concerns.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on the industry, competitors, and market trends.
Identify new trends and opportunities in the market and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to senior management.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and closed deals for management.
Track and report progress on sales goals, deadlines, and performance metrics.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver a cohesive client experience.
Work with the finance team on pricing models, contracts, and payment structures.
7. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure business.
Ensure that all terms of the agreement are met, and the client is satisfied with the product or service delivered.
