Job Profile
1. Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies across various digital channels to increase brand
awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and analytics to execute campaigns and measure performance.
2. Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, email,
and display ads.
SEO and SEM: Execute search engine optimization strategies to improve organic rankings and manage pay-per-click
advertising campaigns.
Social Media Marketing: Create and execute social media marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and drive engagement.
Content Creation & Marketing: Write compelling and relevant content for blogs, social media, landing pages, email campaigns,
and other digital platforms.
3. Targeting and Segmentation:
Use demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to segment audiences and create tailored marketing strategies.
Ensure campaigns are reaching the right audience with the right message.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or HubSpot.
Provide insights based on data to optimize campaigns and drive better results.
Monitor KPIs like CTR , CPC, ROI, etc.
5. Budget Management:
Allocate marketing budgets across channels and ensure the most efficient spend for maximum return.
Manage PPC bids and optimize ad spend for paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
6. Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to make adjustments to landing pages and email templates.
7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
Perform competitor analysis to understand industry benchmarks and improve campaign performance.
8. Customer Relationship Management:
Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers, increasing brand loyalty and retention.
Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage leads.
9. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, product, design, and content to create a unified marketing approach.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely deliverables.
