Job Profile

1. Design Skills:

Proficiency in Design Software: Most graphic designers should be skilled in software like:
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Sketch, Figma, or Affinity Designer for UI/UX design

Typography: Understanding font pairing, hierarchy, and how typography contributes to visual design.

Color Theory: Knowledge of color palettes, contrasts, and how colors convey meaning or mood.

Layout and Composition: Ability to arrange visual elements in a balanced and aesthetically pleasing way.

Branding: Experience in creating logos, brand identity, and consistent design elements across multiple mediums.

2. Creativity:

Innovative Problem Solving: Ability to come up with creative solutions for design challenges.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring designs are flawless and visually compelling.

Concept Development: Developing initial ideas and evolving them into full-fledged designs.

3. Technical Skills:

File Management: Ability to manage and export files in various formats (AI, PSD, SVG, PNG, JPG, etc.), including knowledge of print-ready files (CMYK, DPI, bleed, etc.).
